How It Began

It all started when I joined a fitness challenge back in 2017. I initially just wanted to lose the pregnancy weight, but my goals started changing as soon as I started realizing what my strong momma bod can do. I wanted to work out not just for myself, but also to take better care of my growing kids.

This made me fall in love with fitness even more, and that’s when I started taking courses to pursue this career and share the gift of fitness to my fellow mom friends.
